A different kind of practice

Getting help shouldn’t mean a three-month waitlist or a two-hour drive. It should feel like talking with someone who has time for you, who listens first, explains clearly, and treats you as a whole person.

Meet Rebecca

Clinical depth, human warmth.

Rebecca has spent more than a decade in mental health care, first as a psychiatric registered nurse and now as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

She offers individual therapy, medication management, or both, and believes each works best inside a real relationship: listening carefully, explaining every option, starting low and going slow, and adjusting together. Her clinical interests include maternal mental health, anxiety and depression, ADHD in teens and adults, and the link between chronic illness and mood.

Both. Rebecca provides individual therapy as well as psychiatric medication management. You can see her for therapy only, medication management only, or both. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and can be as often as weekly, and many patients combine therapy with medication. You’ll decide together what fits.

Through Headway, Rebecca is in-network with plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, Carelon, and Quest Behavioral Health. Headway shows your exact cost before you book. Self-pay is also welcome.

All appointments are telehealth (secure video). You must be physically located in Idaho or Oregon at the time of each visit, where Rebecca is licensed.

Yes. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), Rebecca can diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in both Idaho and Oregon, in line with state and federal rules.

Both diagnose and treat mental health conditions and prescribe medication. A PMHNP is an advanced practice nurse with graduate training and board certification in psychiatry. Many patients appreciate the holistic, whole-person approach and the time for conversation that nursing training emphasizes.
